Facebook decided to stop advertisers who capitalize on the coronavirus panic by implementing bans. Now an ad that aims to create a sense of urgency and promises to cure the virus will be banned.

This step is a part of Facebook initiative to prevent misinformation on coronavirus. The social network also stated that it aims to improve its fact-checking processes in order to protect people whom it may harm from false information.
So far, there are more than 82,000 reported coronavirus cases and more than 2,800 deaths by the virus.
